WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for certain purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Saturday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Under and equal to 1 lb - $8.00
Over 1 lb - $12.00

Orders should take about 7-10 business days to arrive.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping Provider

We deliver using USPS standard shipping.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days (Monday - Saturday).
Shipping costs are subject to change.
The Cricket Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

We stand behind our products and want every customer to be 100% satisfied.

We offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued.

Products accepted in exchanges include clothing (Shirts, shorts, pants, etc.) and shoes. All other items are not able to be exchanged.

Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

ALL SWIMSUITS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Personal items, jewelry/accessories, are FINAL SALE.
